Shipping policy

Coverage & Cost
Micemod offers free shipping to all destinations within Thailand on every order, with no minimum spend. International shipping is not currently available.

Carrier
Standard orders are shipped via Flash Express. Same-day express delivery within Bangkok is fulfilled via Grab or Lalamove (see below).

Same-Day Express Delivery (Bangkok Metro Area)
For addresses within a 30 km radius of our warehouse in Bangkok, we offer optional same-day delivery via Grab or Lalamove.

  • Order cutoff: place your order between 09:00 and 17:00 to qualify for same-day dispatch
  • Delivery fee: THB 200 for orders under THB 3,000; free for orders of THB 3,000 or more
  • This is an optional upgrade selected at checkout — standard free Flash Express shipping remains available for all orders regardless of value

Processing Time
We dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours of receiving it and confirming payment (business days, Monday to Friday only).

Estimated Delivery Time (after dispatch from our warehouse)

  • Bangkok & Metropolitan area: 1 to 2 business days
  • Other provinces: 1 to 4 business days

These are estimates and may vary during public holidays, festivals, or events outside the carrier's control.

Tracking
A tracking number is sent to the email address on your order once dispatched. Use it to follow your parcel on the Flash Express website.

Delayed Delivery
If your delivery is significantly delayed beyond the estimated time above, please contact support@micemod.gg or Facebook: facebook.com/micemodth with your order number, and we will check the status and follow up with Flash Express on your behalf. Delays caused by force majeure, natural disasters, public holidays, or the carrier are beyond our direct control, but we will assist in tracking your parcel to the fullest extent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact support@micemod.gg or Facebook: facebook.com/micemodth with your order number within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with Flash Express to resolve the matter.
