Micemod Corporation Co., Ltd. ("Micemod", "we") is the data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). This notice is provided before or at the time of collection, as required by Section 23 of the PDPA.

2. Retention Periods
- Order and transaction data: 5 years after the transaction (accounting and tax law)
- Account data: for the life of the account plus 1 year after closure
- Analytics cookies: as specified in the cookie banner
3. Who May Receive Your Data
- Flash Express: to deliver your order (name, address, phone)
- Payment providers: to process payment
- Shopify Inc.: our e-commerce platform provider
- Government authorities: when required by law or lawful order
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Cross-Border Data Transfers
We use Shopify Inc., which may store and process your data on servers outside Thailand. The PDPC has not yet published an adequacy country list under Section 28 of the PDPA. We therefore rely on your informed consent as the legal basis for this transfer. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and consent to this cross-border transfer. Shopify maintains internationally recognized data protection standards.

Our website uses the following types of cookies:
- Strictly necessary: enable cart and login functions (no consent required)
- Analytics: measure visitor numbers and behavior (consent required)

- Erase data that is no longer necessary
- Object to processing where the law permits
- Restrict processing temporarily
- Receive a copy of your data in machine-readable form (data portability)
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing
We will respond to your request within 30 days.
7. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a high-risk personal data breach, we will notify you without undue delay and report to the PDPC within the period required by law.
8. Data Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures including SSL encryption, access controls, and regular system reviews to protect your data.
9. Complaints
If you believe our data processing does not comply with the PDPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) at www.pdpc.or.th.
