What changed
We used to charge a flat ฿200 for every distance, so customers close to the store paid the same as those far away. Fees now follow 4 zones based on actual distance.
| Zone | Before | Now | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zone 1 Near (Up to 10 km) | ฿200 | ฿120 | ฿80 less |
| Zone 2 Mid (10-20 km) | ฿200 | ฿170 | ฿30 less |
| Zone 3 Far (20-30 km) | ฿200 | ฿220 | ฿20 more |
| Zone 4 Extended (30 km and beyond) | ฿200 | ฿300 | ฿100 more |
Orders of ฿3,000 or more still ship free in zones 1-3. In zone 4, orders of ฿3,000 or more pay ฿100, and orders of ฿5,000 or more ship free.

Delivery terms
- Order and pay during business hours, Monday to Saturday, 10:00-17:00, to receive your order the same day. Orders placed outside these hours ship on the next business day.
- After payment, you'll get a link to pin your delivery location so the driver can find you faster.
- Postal codes not on this list ship free with DHL and arrive the next day.
- If the driver can't reach the recipient, or the address or pin is wrong, the order comes back to our store. The buyer pays the actual return and redelivery fees, including on orders that shipped free.
- We're responsible for your order until it reaches the recipient. If it's damaged or lost in transit, we'll resend it or refund you.
- Delivery is complete once the order is handed to the recipient, or left with security, the building office or the lobby as the recipient instructs. The driver takes a photo of every delivery as proof.
- If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 24 hours with photos or a video.
