Refund policy
Effective: June 2026 | Micemod Corporation Co., Ltd.
This policy applies only to products purchased directly through micemod.gg.
1. Dead on Arrival (DOA): Within 7 Days
Covers every product category, from the date you receive your order.
A product qualifies as DOA if:
- It does not power on or function out of the box
- You received the wrong model or color, or items are missing from the box
- It has a clear manufacturing defect
How to claim: Send photos or a video showing the problem, along with your order number, to support@micemod.gg or Facebook: micemodth within 7 days of receipt.
Resolution: Replacement or full refund. Micemod covers all shipping costs.
2. Limited Warranty

Each mouse's warranty length is tied to its serial number. You can check your coverage anytime at warranty.micemod.gg.
The warranty covers only products purchased directly from Micemod.
What the warranty covers:
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Products that do not function as described, where the fault is not caused by use
What the warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or liquid exposure
- Cosmetic scratches that do not affect function
- Unauthorized disassembly or self-repair
- Products with a removed or defaced serial number
- Products not purchased directly from Micemod
3. Return Policy
Consumables (mousepads, mouse feet, mouse grips, keycaps, arm sleeves): Cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
Mouse: returnable within 7 days, provided all of the following are met:
- In original condition with no signs of use
- Complete packaging and all accessories included
- Valid proof of purchase
4. Evidence Required for All Claims
- Order Number
- Photos or video showing the problem
- Photos of the box and serial number (for mouse claims only)
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, Micemod will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 15 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
