1. All products have defective bubbles that are inserted into the rubber base of the mouse pad due to errors in the manufacturing process, causing the bottom of the mouse pad to look unsightly. In addition, there will be sand grains in some boxes. These defects do not affect the speed and surface for use in any way, making this product considered a defective product.
2. All products are opened or packaged completely because we have taken clips and photos to send to Padsmith for inspection. Therefore, some of the equipment in some boxes may not be complete according to the quality and standard of normal products.
3. We cannot select products with more or less defects for all customers because the process of searching or selecting products takes quite a long time each time.
4. Once the product has been ordered and shipped, we reserve the right not to accept returns, including any quality control issues related to the product. If any customer wants a product with 100% perfect quality, we recommend waiting within 1-2 months or until the restock announcement from Padsmith.
