Shipping policy

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Bangkok. We ship once a day, any time between 12 pm - 2 pm.

In the case that your order does get lost in the system, we will resend the same shipment out you.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses inputted by you. We will do our best to accommodate shipping address changes, but if the package has already been shipped out or the label has been created, you would be responsible for any shipping costs.

In all giveaways, shipping is your responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
